What Made Me Happy This Week (10.09.2018)

Always wanting to stick to the positives in life, I wanted to write a list of 10 things that made me happy last week. 




1. Volunteering at family day for Brisbane Festival which was great fun.
2. Going to Eat Street with my brother - so much good food, it was hard to choose what I wanted.
3. Climbing up Mt Cootha. It's about a five hour round trip from my flat - about 35,000 steps on the fitbit.
4. Realising I'm halfway through my time in Brisbane. Although that also makes me sad, it means it's only three months until I see my parents for Christmas.
5. Sticking fully to my no sugar for two weeks - I actually managed that. 
6. Losing weight as a result of my no sugar for two weeks. 
7. Going to the library to choose my next load of books. 
8. Seeing all of my parents pictures whilst they are on their anniversary weekend away. 
9. Eating at my favourite pizza place in Southbank.
10. Writing a list of all the movies I want to see for the rest of the year and realising two of them come out in a week. 

Thinking over the small things that make you happy in a week, can help you appreciate those little things that make you smile.
